- Slider Title manage from page title
- Set Featured Image from the right side section under the ‘Page Attribute’
- Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Slider Settings
- Then select the pages from dropdown for slider

Grace Themes MemberHi Justin, It seems that your are using the Creator World Free WordPress Theme The Creator World is a free WordPress theme build in WordPress customizer whereas the Creator World PRO theme is built in more user friendly Theme Options panel. The PRO version contains lots of sections in home page for creating beautiful and professional website. To customize the slider in Free theme 
 Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Slider Settings- Create the page for slider from wordpress dashboard
- Slider Title manage from page title
- Slider image manage from page featured image (default image size 1375px/560px)
- Then select the pages from dropdown for slider

 After checking through your website, I found another custom post types for ‘Our Specialists’.
 But it needs another single file so I have created another file single-specialist.php and uploaded it in themes folder.To reorder the posts, you can also use ‘Post Types Order’ WordPress plugin

 Please contact your hosting service provider.If you know the FTP login details of the server where your site is hosted and you have a FTP client installed (such as FileZilla), you might consider using this way of uploading your theme. Unzip the creator-world-pro.zip file 
 Using an FTP client to access your host web server. Go to /wp-content/themes
 Upload theme to /wp-content/themes/
 Go to Appearance -> Themes and activate theme from Dashboard.Please check the documentation
