Hi Sascha,

To import demo content:
– Download the Demo Content zip file
– The demo content is inside a .zip file. (Right click on sportsclub-sample-data.zip to extract)
– Go to Tools -> Import
– Install and run WordPress importer
– Click on browse, select sportsclub-sample-data.xml file and click on Upload file and import

After activating the theme, please setup homepage using following

1. Go to Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays
2. Click on radio button of Your latest posts
3. Go to Appearance -> Theme Options and click on Restore Defaults in bottom side

– Add Title and Description of the page
