1. The option to display YouTube video is not available in this default slider.
If you want to show video in slider, you can use Cyclone Slider — WordPress Plugins

• Install the plugin and create slider for homepage
• Go to Appearance » Theme Options » Homepage Slider
• Enter your slider shortcode without php tag

2. To display YouTube video in “Why Choose Us” section, will need to change some code.

The issue was solved.

The problem was getting due to the activation of “Options Framework” plugin.
Please do not use this plugin as our theme is build in Theme Options Framework. So this plugin is conflicting with the theme options.

After activating the Charity Help PRO theme, please setup homepage using following

• Go to Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays
• Click on radio button of Your latest posts
• Go to Appearance -> Theme Options and click on Restore Defaults in bottom side

The default image size for homepage slider image is 1400 x 600 pixel.
But you can use any size of images for homepage slider.
But please keep image width and height to same size. All slider images should be of same resolution.

We can display static selected homepage in full width without right side.
For this we will need to change some code in themes’ file.

The slider is only available for homepage because it doesn’t have any shortcode to use it on any other page.

On which two pages you want to display main slider?

Hi Frank,

As you are using Prevalent Free WordPress theme, which is build in WordPress customizer whereas the Prevalent PRO theme is built in more user friendly Theme Options panel. The PRO version contains lots of sections in home page for creating beautiful and professional website.

So you can’t access Theme options in free Theme

In free theme,the homepage displayed with right sidebar widgets. Their is no way to show it in full width without sidebar.

To customize the free theme, please create pages for slider, services and about section and select those page from Appearance -> Customize -> Slider/Service/About
