i have the problem that when linking my website (e.g. facebook, whatsapp, etc.) always the introductory words “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet…” are displayed. if i look at the source text of my homepage in the browser, i find this word too. how can i prevent that? the output comes from the theme, but i cannot find an option not to display the sample texts.
btw. during the process to ssl i´ve found a problem that i can´t correct without trouble:
if the site is fully loaded a ssl error occures. that´s a problem with one of your graphics:
when i try to correct the url from http to https via phpmyadmin the demo theme loaded and not my own site.
i don´t use sections, so my welcome page only shows the slider an the footer.
but there is no option to deactivate the sections completly.
so i used 1 section and hided it.
the problem in this 1 hided section was some content with a link to this iphone image.
after deleting all content in this hided section i haven´t ssl errors.
so the ssl problem and the “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet…” problem are solved.
