You can’t create sidebar but you can use multiple sidebar to displaying pages in your website. The default page template is a standard page template. You can use Left, right, full-width and no sidebar page layout.

Go to Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays
Click on radio button of Your latest postsPlease check the documentation

The Pleasant Lite free WordPress theme is build in WordPress customizer whereas the Pleasant PRO theme is build in more user friendly Theme Options panel. The PRO theme is very easy to setup and customize.
With PRO theme you can use all your previously created posts and pages. After activating the PRO theme you will need to configure your site with the post and pages using user friendly Theme Options panel.
To customizing the theme Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options

To generate Google map iframe code
Go to the Google map, you simply need to type your addressThen click on share link and click on Embed map tab and copy the Google map iframe code
Change the width and height according to your need.
Now Go to the Appearance -> Widgets -> footer widgets 1,2,3,4
and place this iframe code in any of footer widget where you want to show.
