I’m trying to customize my photo gallery, but I have some problems or questions

1. In the home page, Is there a way to show some of the imagenes of each category?
2. Is there a way to show all the images from one specific category?

Hi

You can set filter=”true” to display images from all the category

[photogallery filter=”true” show=”8″]

Currently the option for showing of images from specific category is not available in Photo Gallery section.

You can use photo gallery shortcode in any of the WordPress pages to display your photo gallery.

Use this short code: [photogallery filter=”true” show=”8″]

If you want to disable the gallery filter set fiter=”false”

[photogallery filter=”false” show=”8″]

The Problem that I have is that the site that I´m creating have alot of photos, so we need to show them by category, If i use this this code: [photogallery filter=”true” show=”8″] I just see the last 8 photos and the rest of the photos will be missing, I don´t know if you understand the problem, can you please help me ?

I have made some changes in custom-functions.php file to display photo gallery with specified category ID.

The file is emailed on your E-mail ID.

Please find the attached custom-functions.php file and replace it.

Now use this shortcode to display Photo Gallery by category ID
[photogallery category=”2″ filter=”false” show=”8″]

You need to change the category ID

The changes has been completed. I have changed the code to display photo gallery by category

Please use the below short code to display categorized photo gallery and change the category ID
[photogallery category=”29″ filter=”false”]

If you want to display all photo and category filter use below normal shortcode
[photogallery filter=”false” show=”-1″]
