I have Elementor Pro. When I try to edit using the Elementor editor using the Elevation Pro theme, I get this:

The preview could not be loaded
We’re sorry but something went wrong.

If I enable ‘Safe Mode’ for Elementor, the editor will load but with reduced functionality.

If I activate the Synergy Pro theme, I do not have this problem as Elementor editor loads properly and I have full functionality.

Synergy was created in Feb 2024. Elevation Pro was created in Jun 2023. I notice Elevation Pro has the Appearance > Theme Options link for making changes. But Synergy options are all under the Appearance > Customize link.

Is there anything that can be done to get Elevation Pro to work with Elementor?

Hi,

The Elevation PRO theme is build in the Theme Options Framework. The homepage sections of this theme is not customizable using the Elementor page builder plugin.

The Synergy PRO theme is based on the Elementor plugin.

To customize the Elevation theme Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options
