– First upload images from Media Library. Go to Media -> Add New
– Copy URL of uploaded image
– Go to Appearance » Theme Options » Sections » Section 11
– Add image URL in image=””

To change the background border color of services boxes
Go to the Appearance -> Editor -> style.css file
add below css code at the end of file

.threebox:hover .thumbbx { border-color: #000000 !important; }

It is not possible to change the space of boxes as it is already displaying fine.

To change the navigation menu text in normal case
Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Custom CSS box
add below css code

.sitenav ul li { text-transform: none !important; }

To change the font size of navigation menu
Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Font Sizes -> Select font size for navigation

The text description boxes are not the same size because some of the words are small in size and some of them are large. It is not possible to display all text in same size.

The option is not available in free theme to set the text excerpt length of services section.
