The sample data for free theme is not available. The PRO theme comes with ready to use demo data and XML file of demo content.

If you don’t want to use default homepage slider, you can use any slider plugin
http://www.gracethemesdemo.com/documentation/sports-club/#homepage-slider

To reduce the height of slider section, please use small height of images.
Also please remove the animation effect from the Theme Options -> Basic Settings to display 5 Box Services section automatically on page load.

In small screen devices, slider description and button is not displayed. Because they not fit well with the small size devices.

After installing and activating the theme, please setup homepage using following

1. Go to Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays
2. Click on radio button of Your latest posts
3. Go to Appearance -> Theme Options and click on Restore Defaults in bottom side

To change the hover color of main header and footer menu
Go to the Appearance -> Editor -> style.css
add below css code at the end of style.css file

.sitenav ul li a:hover, .footer ul li a:hover { color: #ffffff !important; }

Please do this changes and let me know your feedback.
