Woocommerce Checkout Duplicate "Have a coupon?" sections

Website specs:
Theme: Business Growth
eCommerce: woocommerce w/ Stripe for woocommerceWhen I put a product in the cart the cart looks fine. When proceeding to checkout the page shows 2 boxes at the top asking “Have a coupon?” and then below that is a different, more matching section to enter a coupon and hit “apply coupon”
I can disable coupons all together but that is not what I want to do but other than that I cant find any settings on this without digging into the code which I am trying to avoid as I am not the most adept at writing code.
