I have purchased one of your pro theme that is shifter pro, but i am unable import the demo content, when i am trying to import as suggested by your document the below error is occurring, Please check and let me know how can i proceed

Hi,

Please deactivate the “ThemeGrill Demo Importer” plugin

To import the demo content

– Go to Tools » Import
– Install and run WordPress importer
– Click on browse, select shifters-sample-data.xml file and click on Upload file and import
