Static Menu Bar

Hello. I would like the menu bar to be static and to have the slider start under the menu bar. Can you please tell me what I need to change to achieve this affect? Please & thank you.
Hi Billi,
To make the menu bar static and to start the slider under the menu bar
Go to the Appearance -> theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Custom CSS
and enter the below CSS code in custom css box and then click on Save Options button..header { position: relative; }
