Social Care: Mission Background Stays Brownish Red

Social Care theme, on the home page, right under the main image is a section called “our mission”. The copy gets defined under Appearance > Theme Options > Sections. However, theres no way to define the color there. I believe the color gets defined in Appearance > Theme Options > BasicSettings > Background Colors. The problem is… which one is it. Whatever “looked” brownish red, I tried to change, and saved, but when I previewed the site, the color didnt change. Anyone know what knob to turn to get the colro to change for that section?
