Sections – How do I move the sections?

I want to re-arrange the sections, how do I do that? for example, I’d like my Latest news to show up after the Welcome Section. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The option to rearrange the section is not available.
Please send your website URL and WordPress admin login details for temporary at [email protected] so we can check and re-arrange the sections as per your requirement.Regards
