Please help me how to show button link in homepage slider picture on mobile phone? On desktop the button link can show, but on mobile device hide. Why?

The slider button is not displayed on small screen size devices.
To display read More button on mobile, it needs to change the code and can be done via our coder.

I can’t get the links to work in the “Welcome Services Section” of the page. Even the default content does not work when you add an actual link to the shortcode.
