1. Can’t seem to get the slider to show. Is this not an option in the free offering?
2. The Homepage 4 Boxes do show, however are hidden behind the stock header/menu bar, is this a know issue or something wrong with my install?

It is difficult to tell from the documentation provided for the free offerings whether the above issues I am having are related to the need to upgrade or some other install issue.
I do like your themes.

Hi

The free theme contains homepage slider, services and welcome section.

To set the homepage slider
Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Slider Settings

Create the page for slider from WordPress dashboard
Slider Title manage from page title
Slider image manage from page featured image (use image size 1400px/600px)
Then select the pages from dropdown for slider
