Insert Designation to archive and single testimonial

Hi, The designation shows for the testimonial rotator but not on the testimonial archive or signle testimonial pages.
How can i show the designation on these pages below the persons name (h3 on the archive page and h1 on the single page)?
I can see where i should put it in single-testimonial.php but not sure how to make it show in the archives and I dont know what code to use.
