I want to change the color of the header section on my page. How do I go about this?

Hi,

Do you want to change the background color of header?
This option is available in Theme Options -> Basic Settings

Is this orange color considered the header because I cannot seem to change it in all the settings you mentioned?

Hi

To change this top header strip background color
Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Custom CSS
add below css code

.header-top { background-color: #cccccc !important; }
