Featured Image Placement Help

Hello,
Is there a way to alter the placement of the featured image? I would really like to have them below the logo/menu header and above the page title, in that area of the page?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To change the placement of featured image needs to do some changes in code.
Can you please share your link and WordPress admin login details at [email protected] for temporary and describe where you want to have featured image? I may help you to achieve it.
