Custom Slider Shortcode Not Working

Hi!
I bought all your themes but I’m getting frustated. Several things you say to do on documentation do not work.
One of them, the most important right now is Custom Slider Shortcode. Anything one writes on the box (this time I’m talking about Sports Club but it is the same for the most of your themes) appears as text on the page. I tried with [], I tried without them. All it appears is text.

You need to install the slider plugin and create slider for homepage
Then add the shortcode in Custom Slider Shortcode area.Please send your website URL and WordPress admin login details for temporary at [email protected] so we can check and assist you quickly.
