Hello,
I’m need a support for modifying contact form.
I added contact form using shortcode – [contactform to_email=”[email protected]” title=”Contact Form”] – and it gave me simple contact form on the page. However, I need to add more field to the form. Is there way I can add more fields on the given contact form? Or do I have to create new one? How?David.

If you want to add more fields in contact form kindly send us WordPress admin login details of your site at [email protected]
Alternately you can use Contact Form 7 Plugin to create your own contact form.
