To display all section, please setup homepage using following

1. Go to Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays
2. Click on radio button of Your latest posts

The default size for large image is 543 x 774 px
Icon image size is 30 x30 pixel

It is not possible to create a multiple gallery.
Please use NextGEN plugin to create photo gallery in your website

The Theme Options data is not translatable with WPML plugin.
Please use qTranslate X plugin in your website to create multilingual website.
