The default image size for logo is 223 x 49 pixel but you can use any size of logo image.
You can manage the logo image height from Theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Logo

Add below css code in Appearance -> Editor -> style.css to display inner banner just below the menu section

.header { position: relative !important; }

It is not possible to extend the menu bar in full width.

1. You can use header widgets to change this image
Go to the Appearance -> Widgets -> Header -> Add image widget -> select image

2. To change the order of blog posts, please use Post Types Order plugin

Please setup homepage using following

1. Go to Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays
2. Click on radio button of Your latest posts

To display blog posts in your Blog page:
– Edit the blog page
– Select “Blog – Right Sidebar” page template from page attribute panel
