After activating the ZeroError theme, please setup homepage using following

Go to Settings » Reading » Front page displays
Click on radio button of Your latest posts
Go to Appearance » Theme Options and click on Restore Defaults in bottom side

To add image slides to homepage slider go to the Appearance » Theme Options » Homepage Slider

To remove the text and button from homepage slider image
go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Custom CSS
add below css code in custom css box

.nivo-caption { display:none !important; }

The settings to modify default contact form is not available. If you don’t want to use default contact form, you can also use Contact Form 7 plugin
https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

However with changes in code we can also modify contact form as per your requirement.
Can you please tell us what you want to modify in default contact form so we can check and assist you.

The coding of contact form is placed in inc/custom-functions.php file at line no 589

You are using Creator World Free WordPress Theme.
The Theme Options is not available in free theme. The Creator World is a free WordPress theme build in WordPress customizer whereas the Creator World PRO theme is built in more user friendly Theme Options panel. The PRO version contains lots of sections in home page for creating beautiful and professional website.

To customize the free theme Go to Appearance -> Customize
Create pages for slider, services and welcome page with Featured Image
and then select those pages from Appearance -> Customize -> Slider / Services /Welcome

This is also not available in free version.
In free theme you need to create pages with Featured image and select it for slider section.

You can’t select blog post for homepage slider in free theme.
