Yogi – blank theme’s options

Hi there,
For some reason when i go to ‘theme options’ and want to make any updates, ‘section content’ is all blank and i can’t make any changes. This was happening before but usually after refreshing, the content would come back, which is not the case now. I have my SEO company working on it and they can’t update it for a passed week, which is not great for my SEO.
