Where are the setting for the Sidebar Contact form?

I cannot find the contact form on the sidebar anywhere in the dashboard. It is not working, although if I create a contact page using the short code and modify the email address, that page works. I like having the contact form on the sidebar I just need to find where to set the mailto address. http://oakstream.tech
Hi,
To change the email address in contact form which in on sidebar, kindly edit the sidebar.php file and find
[contactform to_email=”[email protected]” title=”Contact Form”]
and change to_email address.
After looking at your website http://oakstream.tech it seems that it is not showing all the default sections as like in demo ZeroError theme

Kindly Go to Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays
click on radio button of Your latest posts
Now Go to Appearance -> Theme Options and click on Restore Defaults in bottom side
