Transport Pro Theme – Unable to see Add Page as Described

Hello,
I just purchased the Transport Pro template. When I go to Pages>Add New I am not getting the options shown under the section 8. Page Templates & Sidebars of your documentation. Instead it is bringing up a page that says “Pick a pre-defined layout or create a blank page.” How do I fix this?
