Top Three Box Section – Background image does not move with page scroll

Hello and greetings,
In the Top Three Box section, the images I placed for the background stay in place as the page is scrolled. They are also much larger than the box so only a portion shows. In your demo, the pictures fill the box and move with the page scroll. How do I update the CSS so that it works like it does on your demo page?
