sticky header top on scroll

Hi team,
I would like to make both the header AND the header top contact info & social icons remain sticky, so that when the visitor scrolls down they can still see how to contact me.
Are you able to assist me with the Additional CSS that might help me do this, or can this be considered as an enhancement to the basic setting theme option?
