I’d like to know how to remove the image slider all together from the Beautiplus Pro theme.

To remove the homepage slider from your website
Go to Appearance -> Theme options -> Basic Settings -> Custom CSS
and use below css code in custom css box

.slider-main { display: none; }

Though that did remove the slider, I am now faced with a different issue. When I attempt to scroll down to the bottom of my home page, the scroll bar glitches and bounces back up so that I am unable to scroll down all the way down.
