Problems with footer / first page

I have a little problems with the footer info
when I edit the footer info ex. address, a little while after the hole inputted info goes back to default, why is that???Secondly i would like to change the content of the starting page, but i cant find out where

Can you please send your website URL and WordPress admin login details for temporary at support@gracethemes.com so we can check and solve your problem regarding footer about section
Also please write in details what content you want to change for the starting page.
