My theme is empty!

Hello everyone!
I downloaded the free version of the theme and in the documentation it says that I also have to download Massage Spa theme. From where? from plugins? nothing appears with that name.
The problem is that when I want to customize the site, it is empty. It only has one example page.
It doesn’t have the menu, it doesn’t have header image, etc.
Please, could you tell me how I do start?
