What I can do about more clear view of send from site emails and Related publications which is look like…For example:
Great content you might have missed on [:bg]ГАЛАНТО[:en]GALANTO[:]:
• [:bg]Wellness група[:en]Wellness Group[:]
• [:bg]Весели празници![:en]Happy Holidays![:]
• [:bg]ЗАЯВКА[:en]APPLICATION[:]I mean multi language tags [:bg][:en][:] that are unnecessary here.

If you don’t want to use multilanguage for contact form email you can use single language.
