First Install Plugin qTranslate X from WordPress plugin.
Used following code for making text translate ready : [:en]English Text[:de]Deutsch Text[:]
Viewing in Dutch used website url : http://www.yourwebsiteurl.com/de/
Viewing in English used website url : http://www.yourwebsiteurl.com/en/

Thanks for your quick answer.
But this is not what i mean. I want to translate the text as “Read more” to “Lees verder” and “Comments” to “Reacties” for example. The whole site is in Dutch, but the commands are in English, that’s not nice.

The translation of wording is possible. We don’t know that which theme you are using. Is ZeroError free or PRO?

With PRO theme you can translate the text.
Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Setting Tab
In bottom side find the Custom Read More Text Button
Change text as you want and click on Save Options button

I searched for it, i have PRO, but i dont’t have that possibilty in the basic tab settings
