I cannot customize at all !

Hello,
I have installed the ‘Charity Help Pro’ theme on ‘Word Press.Org’.
And whatever I customize, whole theme structure is destroyed. (I just added my logo)
>I have restored to the default, but it did not work.
Could you tell me what is going on and how to fix it?
I am using
;MacBook Pro 13″ 2019
;Safari browser
;SiteGround(hosting)To reinstall the theme, I tried to delete at once, it also cannot be deleted with this message.
“Deletion failed: The requested theme does not exist.”
But it still shows on the dashboard.
What’s wrong with this?
