How to modify Trainer pages?

Hello there guys. I have a problem with trainer pages of my “Power club” template. I have set the trainers correctly, but, by default, each trainer page has a contact form on the right sidebar and I don’t know where to set it up. I need to change fields, set the right e-mail and most of all, add a check box for the privacy which is very important! Where do I set all these things? Can I set each form the way I like or do they have to be the same for all trainers?

It’s by default, the contact form is displaying in sidebar of Team member page
To customize this right sidebar
Go to the Appearance -> Widgets -> Sidebar Main -> Add widgetPlease check the documentation

can you please help me to display 5 traners? I created them all, I even changed the shortcode using [our-trainers show=”5″], but it doesn’t work, it still shows 4.
