I am working with Hotel Center Pro and was looking for instructions on the newsletter part of the footer. I didn’t see any guidance provided, where to find the newsletter info or how to set it to collect emails.
Any information is appreciated –

Hi,

You need to use plugin to display Email Newsletter in footer section

1. Install the Newsletter plugin
https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/
2. Create your newsletter form
3. Go to the Appearance -> Widgets -> Footer Widget 4 -> Add Text widget
3. Add your Newsletter form shortcode in the Text widget

What about the one that is already there with the theme – are we not suppose to use that one???

The default Newsletter form is displaying in the footer section. You need to add the Newsletter form using the plugin.
