Help – Wide Range Woocommerce issue, Checkout state selection is behind the form

Hello,

I am strongly considering purchasing the Pro version of this after testing many. I have one issue that would be a deal breaker but I am sure there is a fix for. On and page, even an account creation page the pull down menu to select the state is behind the rest of the form and un selectable except via the 10 key. This is a pretty big issue and so far I have not been solve it via the online resources.
