Header not showing

Good day
I have installed Businessweb Plus Free theme version 1.6.0 into a new wordpress 4.7 installation. I have activated it and setup some sliders which work perfectly. I am unable to find the section “Appearance -> Customize -> Header Info” as per your documentation to configure the top header section. All I can see is “Header Image” which wants me to add a header image from the media library. Could you please assist, many thanks?

The top header section is not included in Businessweb Plus Free theme.
The PRO theme BizWeb contains top header with contact info & social icon
