Footer Alignment Problem

HI,
I’m having an issue with the HomeGuard theme. The footer section is misaligned. If I use the 3 column format, the 3rd column has a gap before the menu starts.
I have tried both configs in the footer and in the theme settings.
Any ideas why the 3rd row footer is off. I have no spacers in the footer widget.
