Excluding a PAGE from menu

I created a Thank you Page to be displayed after form submission to trigger my google adwords conversion. But I do not want this PAGE to show up in the menu, is there a way I can exclude a page from the menu?
Hi,
To list the pages in main menu
Go to Appearance -> Menus
Select Primary menu to edit and add pages in primary menu. Then in Menu Settings select Theme locations as Primary Menu and click on Save MenuPlease see the documentation for menu setting.
