Consulting Online Theme – Primary menu not showing

On our development site, aztecrealestate.online, we have created a primary menu, assigned it to the Primary location, confirmed in the Customize > Menu it is showing as the primary menu, yet it does not appear on the website, just the theme default menu. We’ve tried this on an incognito tab as well as other browsers.
I wish GraceThemes would create a way to removed ALL theme default content as I have seen similar issues on other sites.
Can you explain how to fix this so ‘our’ primary menu is displayed?

The default content is not loaded on your site. It’s displaying the static HTML content.
After activating the theme, please setup homepage using following
1. Go to Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays
2. Click on radio button of Your latest posts
3. Go to Appearance -> Theme Options and click on Restore Defaults in bottom sidePlease check the documentation
