Change "Read more" button text

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to edit and change the text on the ‘Read more’ buttons in the Services section? It’s a swedish homepage, so some custom text in swedish would be nice to add 🙂

Hi Maria,
To change the ‘Rad More’ button text of four column services section
Go to Appearance -> Theme options -> Sections -> Change read more button text for top services four boxes
