change logo position and top menu

I insert the logo and changed it to height 90 to keep the correct dimensions, but i want to have it in line with the menu. if i choose to make height to 50 it’s in line, but the image get to small. how to change this? and is it possible to change the menu position more to the left and put on the right a search field?
