Car Fix Pro: Header image won't load

I’m building a site using Car Fix Pro at davidnanney.com, and the header image is just a spinning/loading icon, even though I’ve uploaded an image. If I remove the image and try to use the theme without any image at all, I still see the spinning/loading icon.
