Cannot Save anything under Theme Options

I am running WordPress 5.2.4 and anytime I try to save anything under the Theme Options it will not commit. Please let me know if there is anything I need to be trying.
It is giving me “Page Not Found” on the site title. This is when I assume the options.php is invoked.

Grace ThemesThank you for the quick response. I actually figured out the issue. It turns out that ModSecurity was enabled on my cPanel account. Once I disabled it everything started working fine.
