Blog Page has welcome header

My blog page shows the welcome header and the “welcome three” box. I really don’t want that. That stuff shoudl only show up on the home page. How can I change this?
Hi,
To solve this issue:
1. Go to Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays
2. Click on radio button of Your latest postsTo display blog page:
– Create a page for blog
– Select “Blog – Right Sidebar” page template from Page Attribute panelPlease check the documentaion
