adding team member pics

I can add the team member pictures to the pages itself, but I cannot figure out how to add the pics to home page or section 3.
I have the documentation but don’t see it.thanks
Hi
To customize the Team Member section
- Create new team member from Our Team » Add New
- Add Title as a Member Name and enter description.
- Set Featured Image from right side section. This featured image will be display in homepage team member section.
- You don’t need to add team member pictures to the Team members post
