Getting 504 timeout error importing xml files for zero theme. I checked the article posted by gracethemes on today about WP 504 errors but nothing remedied the situation. This is only happening with your themes

Grace ThemesI wanted to update in cases anyone else has this issue and hopefully to save you a lot of time. My hosting company had my IP address on a “greylist” , meaning they were blocking my IP. It was probably because I am running a VPN. Hope that saves everyone some time.
