Hi,
To display the blog post in full width without right sidebar
Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings -> Blog Single Layout -> Select Full Width
You can also use widgets to change the right sidebar content
– Go to the Appearance -> Widgets -> Blog Sidebar -> Add widget
